Mark Hattingh holds a BCom Law and an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as an Attorney and Notary in 1997 and as a Conveyancer in 1999. He has been practicing for his own account for more than 20 years.
He specializes in commercial and civil litigation and is highly experienced in company law, the law of contracts, and corporate governance. He has acted as a Commissioner in the Small Claims Court for over 18 years and is an accredited mediator.
Qualifications and Admissions:
Joanne completed her LLB degree in 2009 at the University of Pretoria and obtained a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law, which she passed with distinction. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2012.
Joanne joined HN Attorneys in November 2014. Her main areas of practice include commercial and residential evictions, debt collection, liquidations, civil and commercial litigation, as well as divorce and maintenance matters.

Kim holds both an LLB and an LLM degree in Procedural Law from the University of Pretoria. In 2016, she was admitted to the Golden Key International Honour Society for academic excellence, recognizing her as being in the top 15% of her class.
Kim joined HN Attorneys in January 2016 as a Candidate Attorney and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in February 2017. She has gained experience in civil and commercial litigation across various courts, including the Magistrates’ Court and the High Court.
Her main areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, debt collection, and liquidations.
